At Open Z Perfume, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you're not completely happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be returned with the original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Opened or used products
- Items purchased during a sale or with promotional offers
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- If rejected, you will be notified, and the item will be returned to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or payment provider.
- Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@openzpf.com.
Shipping Returns
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
